UPSC Begins Application For Direct Recruitment of 78 Specialist Grade 3 Posts
UPSC Recruitment 2023: Those candidates who are willing to apply for the positions can do so by visiting the Union Public Service Commission’s official website at upsc.gov.in

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has opened online applications for recruitment to the Specialist Grade 3 posts. The commission will be accepting applications to fill a total of 78 vacancies for various posts in the commission. Those candidates who are willing to apply for the positions can do so by visiting the Union Public Service Commission’s official website at upsc.gov.in.

It is to be noted that the registrations are underway, interested and eligible candidates can register online for direct recruitment till January 11, 2024. However, the deadline for printing the submitted online form is January 12, 2024.

“Candidates are requested to apply only online against this advertisement on the Online Recruitment Application (ORA) portal at upsconline.nic.in and not write to the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for application forms. They are also requested to carefully go through the details of posts and instructions published below as well as on the website at upsconline.nic.in.” reads the official notification.

Specialist Grade III (Anesthesiology): 46 posts

Specialist Grade III (Microbiology): 9 posts

Specialist Grade III (Plastic Surgery and Reconstructive Surgery): 8 posts

Specialist Grade III (Forensic Medicine): 7 posts

Specialist Grade III (Pathology): 7 posts

Specialist Grade III (Biochemistry): 1 post

UPSC Recruitment 2023: How to apply

Step 1: Candidates need to visit the official website of Union Public Service Commission at upsconline.nic.in.

Step 2: Click and follow the “Online Recruitment Application (ORA)” as displayed in the notification.

Step 3: Once done, the direct link to apply for Specialist Grade 3 Posts will be displayed on the screen

Step 4: Register yourself and log in to the account using the credentials.

Step 5: Fill in the application details and upload the documents/certificates in PDF file.

Step 6: Pay the application fees, if applicable and submit the application form

Step 7: After submitting the Online Recruitment Application (ORA), take out a print out of the finally submitted form for future reference.

UPSC Recruitment 2023: Application Fees

Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs 25 in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of any bank or by using Visa/ UPI payment/ Master/ Rupay/ Credit Card/ Debit Card. However, Female, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Benchmark Disability are exempted from paying the application fee.
