SSC MTS, Havaldar 2023 Result: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will soon release the results of the Multi Tasking Staff (SSC MTS) and Havaldar (CBIC and CBN) exam 2023. Candidates who appeared for the SSC MTS and Havaldar 2023 session II exams will be able to check their score cards on the official website at ssc.nic.in, once declared. The qualifying marks to pass this exam vary according to the category.
How many marks are required to pass exam?
Candidates appearing for the exam from the unreserved category will have to score 30 per cent marks to qualify for the SSC MTS Havaldar (CBIC, CBN) exam. While OBC category candidates are required to score 25 per cent marks. SC, ST, and other category candidates are required to score 20 per cent marks to qualify for the paper.
Category-wise and state-wise cutoffs
For the SSC MTS session II exam, the commission has issued a notification announcing that separate cut-offs will be issued for the category-wise and state-wise results of the examination. There are vacancies for two age groups in which one group is for 18 to 25 years and the other is for 18 to 27 years.
SSC can fix different age, category, and state-wise cut-offs. The merit list will be prepared solely on the basis of performance in the session II examination, as per the official notice. As many as 3015 candidates had qualified in the Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) for the post of Havildar.
The computer-based SSC MTS 2023 exam was conducted in two phases from May 2 to 19 and from June 13 to 20. The SSC MTS exam was given in 13 regional languages, in addition to English and Hindi. Those who clear the SSC MTS exam can apply for jobs at different government agencies. hrough the exam, candidates can apply for various positions including peon, jamadar, etc, among the MTS positions.
