For the past few months, there has been a lot of speculation about Adah Sharma moving into the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s apartment in Mumbai. Recently, the actress addressed these rumors and confirmed that she relocated to the residence four months ago. A recent video of hers from Sushant Singh Rajput’s house has also gone viral, where she can be seen singing a bhajan.
In a clip that was shared by the popular paparazzo handle Viral Bhayani, Adah Sharma can be seen sitting on a white marble platform, with Pooja paraphernalia in the background. Wearing a simple white salwar kameez, Adah Sharma croons a soulful Ram bhajan. The video soon spread across social media like wildfire, with several netizens praising her voice.

Adah Sharma recently expressed that she now feels completely at home in her new surroundings. In an interview with Bombay Times, Adah elaborated on her decision of moving into Sushant Singh Rajput’s house, stating that a few people had tried to dissuade her from moving into the Bandra property. “I moved into the flat (Mont Blanc Apartments, Bandra) four months ago, but I was busy promoting my projects, including Bastar and the OTT release of The Kerala Story. After that, I spent some time at the elephant sanctuary in Mathura. It’s only recently that I got some time off and have finally settled in,” she explained.
Adah continued, “I have lived in the same house at Pali Hill (Bandra) all my life and this is the first time I’ve moved out of there. I’m very sensitive to vibes, and this place gives me positive ones. Our homes in Kerala and Mumbai have been surrounded by trees and we used to feed birds and squirrels. So, I wanted a home with a view and ample space to feed birds.”
She added that she never doubted her decision, saying she followed her intuition rather than heeding others’ opinions. Adah has rented the apartment for a period of five years. Reflecting on her career, Adah mentioned that people tried to dissuade her from making her debut with the horror film 1920 and from working on The Kerala Story. Yet, she trusted her instincts and went ahead with those projects, just as she did with her new home.
Adah Sharma has not only moved into her new home but also transformed it to reflect her unique taste and lifestyle. She started by painting the entire apartment white, giving it a fresh and serene ambiance. Reports indicate that she has repurposed the lower floor into a tranquil mandir. On the top floor, one room has become a music room, another a dance studio, and the terrace has been transformed into a lush garden sanctuary.
Adah and her mother have embraced minimalist living, evident in their choice to have minimal furniture. According to reports, the simplicity of their lifestyle is showcased by their preference to sleep and eat on the floor.
In August 2023, it was reported that Adah was in the process of purchasing the flat in Mont Blanc Apartments. This was later confirmed by a report from TellyChakkar, which cited Adah’s team. The apartment, which Sushant Singh Rajput rented in December 2019 for ₹4.5 lakh per month, is a duplex spanning over 3,600 square feet. It boasts a spacious hall on the lower floor and three bedrooms on the upper level, making it a perfect canvas for Adah’s creative transformation.
