Temperature drops further as rains continue in Delhi

New Delhi: Even as the Met department has predicted weak monsoons this year, Delhi has got some respite from the scorching heat as rains continue to lash the national capital. The temperature dropped on Friday to 41 degrees Celsius.

The temperature is expected to drop further after the morning showers on Saturday. The Met department has predicted that this relief from the heat will continue till Wednesday.

Temperatures earlier this week had touched an all-time high in Delhi with the mercury hovering between 45 and 47 degrees almost daily till the rains on Thursday.
