THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As per the Onam bonus settlement reached between various PSUs and the government, a total of Rs 29.40 crore will be distributed as bonus and exgratia benefiting 31,232 employees of 36 public sector units.According to details from the Industries Minister’s office, staff of Travancore Cochin Chemicals will get a bonus of Rs 12,500. Malabar Cements employees will get a bonus of Rs 8400, ex-gratia of Rs 14,850 and festival allowance of Rs 1,750.Forest Industries (Travancore) Ltd employees will get a bonus of Rs 8,400, ex gratia of Rs 8,400 and festival allowance of Rs 1,750.Keltron Component Complex Ltd employees will get a bonus of `3,500, ex-gratia of Rs 7,500 and festival allowance of Rs 1,750. Kerala Minerals and Metals Ltd. Employees will receive a substantial bonus of Rs 24,000, ex-gratia of Rs 24,000 and festival allowance of Rs 1750. United Industries Ltd employees will get only the ex-gratia amount to Rs 8,250. Traco Cable Ltd staff will get the bonus of Rs 11,250. Kerala Clays and Ceramics Products Ltd employees will get Rs 8,400 as bonus and Rs 4,200 as exgratia. KSIDC employees will get a bonus of Rs 5,100 and festival allowance of Rs 1,750. A total of 17852 employees of the corporation will get the benefit.
