The news has got the tech industry excited but what exactly could the device in question be?
The smart money appears to be on a piece of smartly designed wearable technology with a clear health-focused use case. Withings' take on health tracking watches with an analogue aesthetic, in particular, could well prove to be a good starting point for an all-out Nokia co-designed smartwatch.
All we know for the moment is that in Withings' words it will be "an exciting keynote announcement" and that we "won't want to miss it".
Still, with less than a week to go until the annual tech event in Barcelona officially opens its doors, we won't have long to wait. The Nokia/Withings keynote is scheduled for February 26.
