With the hype around the OnePlus 5 smartphone launch slowly fizzing out, several users have come forward to highlight issues in the smartphone. While some of the problems with the OnePlus 5 smartphone has been already acknowledged by the company, other problems are restricted to few users only. Also, a user had reportedly received a brand new OnePlus 5 smartphone without volume buttons in India. With mostly positive reviews, the OnePlus 5 seems quite unlikely to disappoint buyers. However, if you are looking forward to buy the smartphone here are three problems reported by OnePlus 5 users that you should know.
1) Wi-Fi issue
Several OnePlus 5 users are complaining that despite connecting their smartphones to a working Wi-Fi network, they are not able access internet. The company has confirmed the problem and has promised to a quick fix with a future update.

2) Shaky 4K videos
The OnePlus 5 comes without Electronic Image Stabilisation (EIS) in 4K videos. This means the 4K videos that you record on the OnePlus appear very shaky. OnePlus has accepted the requirement of EIS in 4K videos and has again promised a software update to fix the issue.
3) Jelly scroll issue
Another strange issue has popped out in the OnePlus 5. If you slowly scroll the text on the display of the OnePlus 5 smartphone, it appears to stick together and stretch like jelly. Those users who are facing the problem has termed the issue as “jelly scrolling effect". This issue could be due to a longer refresh rate of the display on some parts. OnePlus has not acknowledged this as an issue yet.
