Vignesh Shivan’s highly anticipated film, Love Insurance Corporation (LIC) is currently undergoing its special schedule in Singapore. As per reports, the cast and crew of the film have joined the Singapore schedule there. It has been found that the makers are running the Singapore schedule quietly without announcing it outside and gathering the attention of the media. Some of the members of the crew of the project have revealed that important scenes of the film are being shot in Singapore.
Recently, the film found itself in a controversy when the makers of LIC reportedly received a notice from insurance company, Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) over the use of the title. As per reports, the notice stated that the insurance company doesn’t want the film’s team to go further with its title. The notice is also said to have stated that if the makers don’t change the film’s name within a few days, they could also face legal action by the insurance company.
Talking about the film, Love Insurance Corporation stars actor and filmmaker Pradeep Ranganathan and Krithi Shetty in the lead roles. The makers also revealed that SJ Suryah will also play a significant role in the film. Apart from that, Yogi Babu will also be seen doing an extended cameo in the film. The film is being bankrolled by Seven Screen Studio and Rowdy Pictures. The music of the film is being scored by the popular musician, Anirudh Ravichander, and the cinematography is handled by Ravi Varman.
