Samajwadi Party is now a Samaj Virodhi Party: Modi
Taking a dig at Mulayam Singh Yadav and UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, Modi asked the duo to provide adequate security to the women.

Meerut: Bharatiya Janata Party prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Sunday launched a scathing attack on the Uttar Pradesh government saying that law and order situation in the state was not upto the mark. "It seems that the names of political parties in UP have changed and the Samajwadi Party is now a Samaj Virodhi Party," he said.

Taking a dig at SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav and UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, Modi asked the duo to provide adequate security to women and uninterrupted electricity to the people of the state. "In the last one year more than 1.5 lakh complaints of violence against women have been lodged in the state, we will give you a violence free UP," Modi asserted.

He also went on to say that if Mulayam and Akhilesh wanted to contest with him then they should do it on the development front. Modi gave this statement while addressing an election rally in Meerut.
