Virat Kohli made a young fan’s day who approached him with a Royal Challengers Bangalore jersey in hopes of getting it signed by the India batting superstar.
This heart-warming scene unfolded before the first session of Day 2 of the first Test between India and South Africa in Centurion.

Kohli can be seen happily obliging with a wordy autograph and his signature. The dashing cricketer goes one step ahead and accedes to another request for a photograph that the boy’s relative clicks on his mobile phone.
Kohli, with his hand resting on the bespectacled youngster’s shoulders, smiled as he posed for the camera, leaving fan with memories of a lifetime.
After being put in to bat first, India were bowled out for 245 in the Boxing Day Test by South Africa. Rabada took a five-wicket haul which included the scalp of Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer among others.
Kohli looked good for his 38 before being dismissed by an unplayable delivery by Rabada.
KL Rahul brought up his eighth Test ton, his second in Centurion and rescued India from being bowled out cheaply in the morning session of Day 2. He thus became the first ever visiting batter to record back-to-back Test centuries at the venue.
In reply, South Africa lost opener Aiden Markram early before Dean Elgar struck a memorable century to take his team close to India’s total when the tea break was taken.
Elgar brought up his 14th Test century in the second session to put South Africa in a strong position.
India are hoping to end their wait for a first ever Test series win on South African soil.
