The Chartered Financial Analyst Institute (CFA-Institute) has declared the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) August level 3 result. Candidates who appeared in the CFA August level 3 exam can now check and download their scorecard by visiting the official website at cfainstitute.org. This year, a total of 16,035 candidates appeared for the CFA level 3 exam, and only 7,585 cleared it. In addition, the overall pass percentage of the August level 3 is 47 per cent.
In August, the CFA Institute announced the results for Level 1 and Level 2 exams. According to Careers360, the pass percentage dropped by 1 per cent in August when compared to the Level 3 exam held in February this year. To become a CFA charter holder, a candidate should clear all three levels of the exam and also have four years of qualifying work experience.
CFA Level 3 Exam For August 2023: Steps To Check
Step 1: Go to the official website of the Institute at cfainstitute.org.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for the ‘CFA programme’ section, then click on ‘CFA Institute’, then ‘programs’ and finally ‘result.’
Step 3: As a new page opens, click on the ‘Access the result’ link.
Step 4: Key in your email address and click on the continue button.
Step 5: The CFA August Level 3 result will be sent to your email address.
Step 6: Soon after receiving it, check and download the result.
Furthermore, the upcoming CFA November Level I and Level II exams will be conducted online from November 11 to 22, 2023. The CFA Level III exam will be administered in February 2024.

It is a three-level examination program that covers a wide range of investment management themes such as ethics, mathematical techniques, economics, financial statement analysis, corporate finance, fixed-income markets, alternative investments, stock markets, derivatives, and portfolio management.

Level I: The purpose of the Level I test is to evaluate candidates’ knowledge and comprehension of the core ideas behind investment analysis.
Level II: The purpose of the Level II test is to evaluate a candidate’s capacity to apply the principles of investment analysis they acquired in Level I to practical settings.
Level III: The Level III test is intended to examine students’ ability to apply investing knowledge obtained in Levels I and II to complicated investment scenarios.
