Janhvi Kapoor is all set for her Telugu debut Devara Part 1. The film will, also star Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan and, be released on September 27. However, news is coming in that Janhvi is all set to make her cameo in Ishaan Khatter’s next film. Both made their acting debut with Dhadak.
Bollywood Hungama reported that the actress has agreed to a 10-day cameo in Neeraj Ghaywan’s upcoming film. The report further mentioned that when Karan Johar and Neeraj approached Janhvi with the offer, she felt she couldn’t refuse, given her deep respect for both of them. She has cleared 10 days from her busy schedule and is looking forward to reuniting with her debut co-star, Ishaan Khatter. The source also revealed that the film will feature two lead heroes and that discussions are ongoing with another young actor to join the cast. The movie is expected to be released in the second half of 2025.
A week back, Janhvi and her Bawaal co-star Varun Dhawan had a hearty meal together while shooting for their upcoming film SSKTK. The Bhediya actor shared a post on his Instagram with the caption, “Breakfast club #SSKTK.” In the first picture, a shirtless Varun can be seen enjoying chicken curry, paratha, and some other delicacies with Janhvi, dressed comfortably in a white T-shirt and all smiles while looking at him. Following this, there was a group picture of the actor with Sanya Malhotra and Maniesh Paul, who were enjoying their brekkie.
Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumar, directed by Shashank Khaitan, marks Janhvi and Varun’s second collaboration, the first of which was Bawaal, released in 2023. In addition to the two, the Dharma Productions project also stars Rohit Saraf, Maniesh Paul, Akshay Oberoi and Sanya Malhotra. Janhvi’s last release was Ulajh, a spy-thriller co-starring Gulshan Devaiah and Adil Hussain.
