In one such development, the launch ceremony of the film Marana Mass was held in Kochi. The makers preferred a short silent launching event followed by some religious rituals. They shared an update about the launch of the film on social media. The post has created a massive buzz among the fans. The shooting of the film is all set to start.
The film Marana Mass is set to be directed by Sivaprasad. This film is set to be the directorial debut of Sivaprasad. It is produced by Tingston Thomas, Tovino Thomas and Thanzeer Salam under the banner of Tovino Thomas Productions and World Wide Films. Director Sivaprasad has worked as a crew member in various films before making his debut as a director.
The makers of the film preferred a simple launch ceremony rather than a gala event that we usually witness. A simple puja ceremony was organised at a temple in Kochi on July 3, Wednesday. Producer Tovino Thomas was seen performing special rituals during the ceremony. All the crew members along with their family members attended the launching ceremony. The makers shared some glimpses of the ceremony on Instagram captioning it, “Switch-On | Pooja Ceremony Glimpses.” In the video, several crew members were seen performing puja. The shooting of the film is set to start on July 20.
The film features Basil Joseph, Siju Sunny, Rajesh Madhavan and Suresh Krishna in leading roles. The music of the film will be composed by Jay Unnithan while the cinematography is set to be done by Neeraj Revi. Chaman Chakko is set to handle the editing department. The video of the launching event went viral soon after it was posted on Instagram garnering more than 8 lakh views.
