He wanted the government to delegate powers to local NGOs, experts and others for issuing sand quarry licences. He opposed district collectors giving sand leases.Meanwhile, interacting with farmers from Nalgonda, Karimnagar and Vizianagaram at NTR Bhavan, Naidu demanded that the government should provide adequate quantity of seeds and fertilisers to farmers.
