New Delhi: All cadre controlling authorities should seek comments from concerned officers on its proposal to change central services rules, the government has said.
The government has decided that all the cadre controlling authority of organised Group 'A' service, before referring any proposal for framing or amendment in the service rules, are required to put the proposed amendments or revision on their website for 30 days for inviting comments from the concerned officers, the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) said in an order.
"Thereafter, taking into account the comments so received, the proposal would be sent to DoPT, UPSC and Ministry of Law for finalisation," it said.
