SCERT research officer K T Dinesh will introduce the DVD while Thiruvananthapuram Mayor K Chandrika will deliver the keynote address.The DVDs would benefit nearly eight lakh students in the 11,000 schools and 200 multi-grade learning centres (MGLCs) in the state.
