Western Railway PRO, Vadodara Division, said the train finally left Vadodara after complaints of passengers were addressed.
Vadodara: Mumbai-bound Duronto Express was on Sunday held up for nearly an hour at Vadodara junction railway station after the commuters alleged uncleanliness in coaches and non-serving of breakfast on board.
They also claimed that many compartments were not maintained properly. A few commuters also accused the on-board staff of being impolite and indifferent to their pleas.
