London: The newest addition to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s family, baby daughter Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt, has been offered citizenship of Namibia, the country where she was born.
Environment and Tourism Deputy Minister Leon Jooste released a statement, which not only informed the nation the birth of the eagerly awaited baby
It also said that Shiloh would be allowed to obtain Namibian citizenship, if here parents allowed it.
"Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt will, according to Namibian law, be allowed to obtain Namibian citizenship if the parents should choose to do so," Femalefirst quoted him, as stating.
Jooste also revealed that the birth had gone according to plan, and that there were no complications.
He added that ‘Brangelina’, which the couple are popularly known as, were extremely happy to have shared the experience with the people of Namibia.
"The entire procedure went according to plan and there were no medical or other complications at all," Jooste said.
"The couple are thoroughly overjoyed and they have expressed their happiness to be able to share this experience in Namibia," he added.
