K-protestors to submit petition to central team

TIRUNELVELI: The Koondankulam struggle committee members would meet the Central expert panel only to submit a petition and not to participate in the fourth round of talks scheduled for Tuesday, said M Pushparayan, struggle committee member and TN government nominee.A few days ago, Koodankulam protest committee and PMANE coordinator S P Udayakumar had said that the struggle committee members would not participate in the fourth round of talks, if the PMANE expert panel members were not allowed to attend the talks. In this scenario, the Central expert committee is coming to the Collectorate here on Tuesday to hold the fourth round of talks.Pushparyan told Express that he and another nominee of the State panel M P Jesuraj, would attend the fourth round of talks and added, “As PMANE expert committee members have not been invited, we will only give a petition, but not engage in talks with the Central panel.”
