London: Reality TV star Kim Kardashian says she still believes in the power of love.
The 31-year-old, who split from basketball player Kris Humphries last October after just 72 days of marriage, is still hopeful of falling in love again, reported Showbizspy.
"I learned so much, and the things I care about in my life have completely changed. I still believe in love. I am in love with love. I thought this was it for me," she said.
Kardashian also admitted that her family had reservations about her marrying Humphries, but she didn't want to listen to them.
"I am a person, when I am in love, you can't tell me anything. And you have to go through it yourself. So, I did what I believed in doing, and sometimes you don't want to hear what your family has to say," she said.
"You look back and you are like, 'Maybe I should have listened to them.' But, I wouldn't have been who I am today had I not gone through that," she added.
