A shocking incident of road rage has come to light from Delhi’s Nihal Vihar where a girl beat up an auto-driver with a hockey stick. The video of this disturbing incident has gone viral on the internet, leaving social media users appalled with many demanding action against the girl for her behaviour.
The viral footage was shared on X (formerly Twitter) by a handle named Ghar Ke Kalesh. The clip shows a girl mercilessly beating an auto driver with a hockey stick, also punching and slapping him. As the video progresses, onlookers gather and confront her for her aggressive behaviour while the auto driver is seen bleeding profusely. Passersby questioned her actions’ given the driver’s injuries.
Unfazed, she continues to scream and attempts to leave on her bullet bike as the crowd threatens to call the police. In the video, the girl claims that the driver was drunk but the bystanders refuted this. However, the caption shared along with the video mentioned the incident started when the auto-driver carrying the school children couldn’t move his vehicle because a rickshaw was blocking the way. The girl behind the auto-driver honked at him but when he couldn’t move, she lost her patience and resorted to violence.
