Till the construction of a new capital for Seemandhra state, Hyderabad can be a common capital for both Telangana and Seemandhra states. The State Legislative Assembly has two meeting halls.
The second hall can be used for the conduct of Assembly sessions by Seemandhra state till it got a new Assembly hall. All facilities available in Hyderabad can be utilised by Seemandhra state till the development of required infrastructure in the new state, he said.Rao made it clear that Seemandhra people could not claim rights over Hyderabad. "Hyderabad is part of Telangana region. If Seemandhra people claim rights over Hyderabad, the entire T will rebel against them.
