New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation will probe the external intelligence agency, Research and Analysis Wing over the purchase of high-altitude tents.
The move came after the Prime Minister's Office wanted RAW to be investigated in the purchase of high-altitude tents by the Special Frontier Force which is under the RAW.
Allegations also surfaced over irregularities in the tendering process.
The CBI will register an FIR soon against companies and unknown officials of RAW.
