BANGALORE: Bangalore-based advocate Sirajin Basha, who has filed a series of private complaints against former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa, has moved the High Court yet again.    This time he has filed a criminal petition seeking direction to cancel the bail of Yeddyrappa’s sons, BJP Lok Sabha member B Y Raghavendra and B Y Vijayendra, son-in-law R N Sohan Kumar and member of Legislative Assembly D Hemachandra Sagar, who are named accused in a land denotification case. He submitted on Wednesday that the Lokayukta judge in the bail order has placed the kin of Yeddyurappa on the same footing and highlighted their active involvement in the offence. However, he has stated in the complaint, despite the findings, the four have been granted bail which is unjustifiable. The four sail together in crime and political and legal influence they bring upon the bureaucracy and witnesses in the case, he said.
