New Delhi: The All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) results for 2012 are expected to be declared on Friday, June 1. Over 11 lakh students across the country are anxiously waiting for the same.

The All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) is conducted to screen candidates for admission into various engineering courses offered by the National Institute of Technology (NITs). Besides NITs, admission to IITs, technical Institutions, Delhi Technological University and other government-run and government-funded institutions are offered through this examination.
This year, the AIEEE test was conducted both online and offline by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
