A 17-year-old girl has been killed allegedly by her father for reportedly having a relationship with a boy from "lower caste" in Karnataka's Kolar district.
The father has been arrested and is in judicial custody.
In what is suspected to be a case of honour killing, the minor brother of the deceased girl has also been booked for helping the father.
This is a second such case in southern Karnataka in the past two months.
