How to Make Someone an Admin of a Skype Group on Android
How to Make Someone an Admin of a Skype Group on Android
This wikiHow teaches you how to use Skype's command lines to change a chat member's role to admin in a group chat, using Android.
Steps

Open a moderated Skype group chat.

Tap a conversation on your chats list to open it. As long as you are a moderator or admin of the chat, you can assign the admin role to another chat member.

Enter the /setrole command.

Type /setrole Admin in the message field and tap Send. Replace "" with the new admin's Skype username. Instead of sending a chat message, this will process your command line, and change a chat member's role to admin. You can also use /setrole Master to change a member's role to admin. The two commands are the same. If you want to change a chat admin's role to member, use the /setrole Member.

View the current members and roles.

Type /showmembers in the message field and press Send. This command will show you a list of all chat participants and their roles as members or admins. You can use this list to check who's a member and who's an admin in your group chat.

What's your reaction?
