SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) has wrapped up the SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) 2024 slot booking for phase 2. Candidates who applied for the SRMJEEE 2024 phase 2 exam could reserve their spot online through the official website, admissions.srmist.edu.in during the slot booking window. The SRMJEEE admit card 2024 can now be downloaded by applicants.

Candidates can choose the exam day and time according to their preference. Applicants should be careful while choosing the date and time for the exam as changes will not be allowed. Candidates can get the hall ticket for the SRMJEEE remote proctored exam as the slot booking process is complete.

SRMJEEE 2024: Exam Pattern

This year, the SRMJEEE will be conducted in three sessions through online proctored mode on June 21, 22 and 23. As per official instruction, the SRMJEEE 2024 exam will be only in English medium. Each session will be held for two hours and thirty minutes, covering papers like aptitude, physics, chemistry, maths, biology, and science. A total of 125 questions will be included in the exam. Every right response will earn the candidates one mark. There is no negative marking in the exam.

Only those who successfully passed the SRMJEEE are eligible for Phase 2 of counselling. The SRMJEEE seat allocation 2024 will be determined by the choices provided and the ranks achieved in the SRMJEEE 2024 test. It is crucial to remember that admission is not guaranteed by taking part in the SRMJEEE 2024 counselling process.

Candidates must have completed Class 12 or equivalent with physics, chemistry, and maths, with a minimum of 50 per cent, for admission to BTech courses (except for biotechnology, biomedical engineering, and genetic engineering).

To be eligible for BTech biotechnology, biomedical engineering, and genetic engineering, students must have passed the class 12 exam with at least 50 per cent or equivalent in physics, chemistry, mathematics/biology/botany, and zoology/bio technology as major subjects

The SRMJEEE is a proctored online national exam for admission to BTech programmes provided by SRMIST campuses. Candidates who have cleared or are appearing Class 12 exam can apply. NRI, PIO, and OCI candidates are also eligible to apply for SRMJEEE.
