The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) released the answer key for the Class 12 examinations on Saturday. To review the BSEB Intermediate Class 12 answer key and submit objections, candidates can visit objection.biharboardonline.com.

The BSEB Inter examination for Class 12 was conducted across 1,523 exam centres in Bihar from February 1 to February 12, 2024. A total of 13,04,352 students participated in the exams. The exams were conducted in two shifts: the forenoon session from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm and the afternoon session from 2:30 pm to 5:15 pm.

“Questions have been asked, in which OMR (Optical Mark Reader) based answer sheets have been used by the candidates in all the subjects. To evaluate (check) the answers given by the candidates, the committee has prepared the answer key of the questions of all the subjects from the team of subject experts, which is available on the website of the committee biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in,” reads the notification.

Bihar Board class 12 Answer Key 2024: How To Download

To access the Bihar Board’s Class 12 Answer Key for 2024 and register objections, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the official website: objection.biharboardonline.com.

Step 2: On the homepage, locate and click on the option labelled ‘Higher Secondary [Inter].’

Step 3: You’ll be prompted to enter your roll code and roll number into the required fields.

Step 4: After entering your details, click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Step 5: Once submitted, you’ll be directed to the Bihar Board 12th Answer Key 2024 dashboard. Here, you can select the subject from the provided list.

Step 6: The answer key file for the chosen subject will be displayed. Review the answers, and if necessary, download the answer key file for future reference.

If candidates are unsatisfied with their answers, they can register objections by visiting the website objection.biharboardonline.com and accessing the link “Register objection regarding Answer Key Inter Exam 2024.”

As per the marking scheme, students must achieve a minimum of 30 per cent in theory papers and 40 per cent of the total marks in practicals to pass. During the initial exam day, the board took firm action, expelling 43 students for engaging in unfair practices during the exam. Furthermore, a warning was issued to Class 10 matric students, notifying them of the risk of expulsion for two years if caught forcibly entering the exam premises after the scheduled entry time.

Candidates should be aware that the board has not yet specified the deadline for raising objections against the answer key.
