'Emirates Was Ready With Hotel Bookings': Indian CEO is All Praises For Airline in Viral Post
A Dehradun-based entrepreneur recently praised Emirates for its stellar customer service in viral post.

Complaints about airlines flood the internet, but praises are a rare gem. Recently, a Dehradun-based entrepreneur found himself in the fortunate minority, taking to ‘X’ to commend Emirates for their exceptional customer service, highlighting how they assisted passengers after a missed connecting flight in Dubai.

Arvind Datta, founder, and CEO of Marigold Wealth shared his story: “I have always preferred @emirates since last 16 years over any other airline, reason is their customer centric focus. Today due to a technical fault at Delhi flight was delayed by 2 hours. Due to delay missed my connecting flight. There were 80 other pax who too missed.”

Upon reaching Dubai, Datta was pleasantly surprised by the preparedness of Emirates’ staff. He recounted, “At Dubai airport Emirates staff was ready with new printed boarding passes with hotel bookings. They provided visa to go out to the hotel. Tom morning they will pick us up from the hotel. This service standard sets @emirates apart. Delighting customers always.”

His post quickly went viral, sparking a wave of reactions. One user chimed in, “I wholeheartedly agree with this. Quatar airline is also top notch. I don’t think any Indian airline is anywhere near them.” Another added, “Emirates seems to surprise economy passengers with business class upgrades more frequently than any other airline.”

A third user shared, “Cant agree more – They are worlds best. Was and always an Emirates customer, for over 2 decades now!” A fourth recalled, “Same happened with me in 2010 .missed connecting flight from Dxb to Vienna due to fog in Delhi. They gave overnight hotel , transit, visa , food and one international call free. Emirates service is class apart.”
