People often think that escorts only provide sexual services. The reality is totally different, as not everyone who hires them is looking for physical pleasure. Micki Daniels, an Australia based high class escort with over ten years of experience, reveals an unexpected side of her work. Contrary to what people think, the 29-year-old claims that she rarely sleeps with her clients. Many of them are willing to pay $1300 (approximately Rs 1 lakh) per hour just to speak with someone. According to Daniels, around 80% of her clients are not looking for physical intimacy but for a safe space where they can open up without getting judged. They often want to chat about their life or simply escape from their own problems.
Speaking with News.com.au, she says, “No one would believe it but I’m not sleeping with, like, 80 per cent of my clients. I have lots of bookings where men tell me they don’t want to have intercourse and just want to spend time doing other things. A lot of men are afraid to be who they are, even in relationships with their wives or girlfriends. I don’t think the majority of men are comfortable in their own skin due to the pressures of society these days. Therefore, they seek comfort in an escort who won’t judge them and will accept them for who they are. I think they really want to talk about anything else other than what they’ve got going on for them.”
Micki Daniels explains that some of her interactions can be emotionally exhausting, for which she later requires a lot of time to recharge. She describes how she invests a lot emotionally, spiritually and mentally to ensure her clients have a positive experience. Daniels also adds that some clients have unique and specific requests. According to her, some prefer to be pampered or massaged, while others might ask for strange services such as serving drinks in a certain way. “I’ve been in this industry for a decade and I’ve seen it all. I would never make anybody feel less than just because they aren’t able to have s** with me. I can still satisfy them and service them,” she notes.
She further claims that some clients avoid intimacy due to performance anxiety and nervousness. She explained, “Even 24-year-olds who you’d think would be roaring and ready to go can’t deal with the pressure of the situation or even just me being in front of them. I think men don’t realise it’s normal to not be confident in the bedroom or not be able to perform due to the pressure.” Daniels highlights that issues often come from emotional difficulties, like dealing with a breakup, divorce or work related stress.
