A Walk Into The Future? Time And Year Advance By Two Years In This Jharkhand Valley

Science fiction and fantasy films often depict intriguing stories of mysterious lands. Do you know that in reality, there are mysterious places on our planet? They often make people scratch their heads in wonder. There are many such intriguing locations in different areas around the world, whose stories and events thrill people. One such place is the Taimara valley of Ranchi-Jamshedpur road in Jharkhand. According to reports, there is an area between Rampur and Taimara Valley that has recently gained attention due to its mysterious nature. It is said that when someone passes through this area, the time and year on their mobile device automatically changes.

Whenever one checks their phone here, they will see the year 2025, not 2023, as the time zone advances by two years. One’s phone’s clock starts displaying a different time when they check it here. Upon arrival, the date-setting message begins appearing in their WhatsApp on their mobile phone. Except for a wayside shrine with an idol of Maa Kali and Bajrang Bali, there isn’t much to see in this valley. Travellers often stop near this temple and offer prayers. The villagers say they frequently witness a woman in a white cloth crossing the road. As a result, when the driver of the vehicle tries to save the woman, who comes in front of the vehicle it crashes. Due to the numerous collisions on this route, a shrine was constructed a few years ago in an attempt to stop them.

This place is about 30 kilometres away from the capital Ranchi. One can see mountains and valleys on both sides of the four-lane road and enjoy the beauty of nature while travelling.

Reports suggest that the mystery of Taimara ghat is related to the Tropic of Cancer that crosses this area. Some environmentalists have also reasoned that it may be the result of the heavy magnetic fields or radiations present in the region, which cause such disturbances.

In a recent media interaction, Dr Bacha Ram Jha, Head of the Geology Department of Ranchi University, said that granite stone is found in the area of Chunki Taimara Valley, which has magnetic properties. So, he further says that due to any magnetic effect, the time of the clock can change; but in this matter, more discovery and research are needed, so that the true fact can be known.
