New Delhi: The Internet is already abuzz with reports that Huawei is working on the next-gen Nexus smartphone, and now a new report from Gizomo China reveals more details about the upcoming Huawei-made Nexus smartphone.
Citing Chinese analysts, the report says, the next Nexus will feature a 5.7-inch 2K (2560 x 1440) display from Samsung and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor. While speculations were that Huawei would use its own chipset in the Nexus, it seems that the decision to use a Qualcomm chipset would be Google's.
LG is also rumoured to be manufacturing a new Nexus phone. Rumours suggest that LG will produce the successor to the Nexus 6, which was originally made by Motorola, while the other Nexus smartphone will be a refreshed version of the Nexus 5 and will be made by Huawei.
There is, however, no word from Google on the these rumours.
