There are a total of 2,01,423 voters in the seat, which includes 1,04,781 male voters, and 96,634 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Sagar recorded a voter turnout of 64.52%. In 2013 the turnout was 64.83%, and in 2008 it was 58.15%.
