Chennai: The Vigilance department conducted raids on former DMK minister Thangam Thennarasu in Tamil Nadu on Wednesday.
The raids were conducted in connection with a disproportionate assets case.
Thennarasu has been booked under the Corruption Act. He is the 12th DMK leader to be targeted since the AIADMK came to power in Tamil Nadu in 2011.
