Almost Rs 8 crore of the taxpayers money has been lost in 2 days due to Parliament logjam.

New Delhi: With the logjam in the Parliament continuing on day 3 of the winter session, a discussion on the issue of price rise will be conducted ounder rule 193 that entails no voting later in the afternoon.

The issue of price rise will be discussed at 2 pm under rule 193 that entails no voting, sources said.

Almost Rs 8 crore of the taxpayers money has been lost in 2 days, they said.

Earlier, both houses were adjourned after an uproar over price rise and Telangana. The question hour was also derailed.

The TDP served an adjournment motion notice on price rise. The adjournment motion on black money in the Rajya Sabha has been postponed for next week.

Sources say that the Left and Samajwadi Party objected to the BJP's adjournment motion on black money. They wanted to discuss price rise.
