Zakia Jafri, the wife of slain Congress MP Ehsan Jafri, had demanded a copy of the SIT report on the riots.
New Delhi: An Ahmedabad court is expected to decide on Zakia Jafri's plea for a copy of the SIT report on the 2002 Gulbarg society massacre on Tuesday.
Zakia, who is the wife of slain Congress MP Ehsan Jafri, has accused over 50 people of being involved in the post-Godhra riots and blamed Chief Minister Narendra Modi of not taking any action to prevent the massacre.
Zakia's husband was among the 69 people killed in the Gulbarg Society during the 2002 Gujarat riots.
