The Goods and Services Tax (GST), India’s biggest tax-reform till date, will take effect from midnight with a special star-studded session in Parliament’s Central Hall.
The GST is here. The midnight gong announced its arrival. The President and Prime Minister hailed the single biggest tax reform. This is not the work of a single party or government, this is our collective achievement, said PM Modi.
