55. Damoh is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Damoh Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Damoh falls in Damoh district and Vindhya Pradesh region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 2,33,492 voters in the seat, which includes 1,21,519 male voters, and 1,11,963 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Damoh recorded a voter turnout of 74.22%. In 2013 the turnout was 72.79%, and in 2008 it was 68.44%.
