13. Bikaner West is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Rajasthan and is part of Bikaner (SC) Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Bikaner West falls in Bikaner district and North region of Rajasthan. It is categorised as a urban seat.

In 2013, Gopal Krishna of BJP won the seat by a margin of 6,424 votes (4.92%). Gopal Krishna secured 49.85% of the total votes polled.
