79. Antagarh is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Chhattisgarh and is part of Kanker (ST) Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Antagarh falls in Uttar Bastar district and South region of Chhattisgarh. It is categorised as a rural seat.

There are a total of 1,59,636 voters in the seat, which includes 81,008 male voters, and 78,619 female voters. In the 2018 Chhattisgarh elections, Antagarh recorded a voter turnout of 74.45%. In 2013 the turnout was 77.29%, and in 2008 it was 60.53%.

In 2013, Vikram Usendi of BJP won the seat by a margin of 5,171 votes (4.56%). Vikram Usendi secured 47.18% of the total votes polled.

BJP won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 109 votes (0.13%), registering 45.87% of the total votes polled.

In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, BJP led in the Antagarh Assembly segment of the Kanker (ST) Parliamentary/Lok Sabha constituency.
