'Move, Breathe, Connect'  Malaika Arora’s Mantra for A Daily Yoga Practise
Malaika says that even if you can only put aside 5 to 10 minutes a day for self-care, it will have a positive impact on your general health and well-being

Yoga is a long-standing tradition with roots in Indian philosophy. In addition to strengthening the mind and body, it aids in breath development and promotes overall wellness in the practitioner. Malaika Arora thinks that there is no better moment than now to begin doing it.

“It’s almost a month after Yoga Day and if you are still waiting for the right time to start, let me tell you the time is now," she wrote on Instagram, sharing her everyday go-to routine, which is divided into three parts.

Let’s have a look:

The three sections below make up Malaika Arora’s yoga routine.

  • Move: Physical activities like yoga, Pilates, and working out in the gym are included in this section. They assist in energising the body and keeping you mobile and energetic.
  • Breathe: To clear her mind and expand her lung capacity, she chooses to practise breathing exercises next. Concentration and memory are also enhanced by doing this.
  • Connect: Malaika finds that meditation, “even if it’s just for five minutes every day," is the best way to cap off her routine.

“Even if you can spend 5 to 10 minutes every day looking after yourself, it will make a difference in your overall health and wellness," the actor said.
