Domestic smartphone brand Lava is set to launch a new budget smartphone during the festive season in India. The company has officially announced the launch date of its upcoming affordable handset — Lava Blaze 2 5G — in the country. The new 5G phone from Lava will be introduced on November 2 at 12:00pm IST.

The company took to the popular micro-blogging platform X (previously called Twitter) and posted a video to announce the Lava Blaze 2 5G India launch date. “Don’t miss out on the unveiling of Blaze 2 5G! Save the date and experience the #LordOf5G coming to life on Lava Mobiles’ Youtube Channel on 2nd November, 12 PM,” the company wrote.

In an official teaser video, Lava is providing a glimpse of the design and colour options of the Lava Blaze 2 5G. The phone is showcased in three different colours – black, light blue and purple. The device feature a circular camera module on the back with at least two rear camera and a ring light
