Honda Elevate Waiting Period Touches 6 Months; Know Variant-wise Details Here
It has been reported that the sudden spike in the waiting period comes after the price announcement by Honda.

The newly launched Honda Elevate is getting a positive response from customers, all thanks to its bulky size and futuristic design. The company already started accepting advance bookings for the same. Now, according to the VP of marketing and sales of Honda, Kunal Bhel, the SUV currently is witnessing a maximum waiting period of around six months.

As per the authorized showroom, Elevate’s SV and V models are witnessing around three to four months of waiting period, which are lowest as compared to other variants. When it comes to the top models,  Customers might have to wait for around six months or more, depending upon the cities and states.

Reason For Sudden Spike in Waiting Period

It has been reported that the sudden spike in the waiting period comes after the price announcement as most of the customers initially thought that Honda might release the vehicle under a higher price range.

Honda Elevate Models and Price

Honda Elevated has been launched in four models- SV, V, VX and ZX. The vehicle can be purchased at the introductory price of Rs 11 lakh for lower variants. and it goes up to Rs 16 lakh for top models. To note, all the mentioned prices are ex-showroom and might fluctuate, depending upon the cities and states.

Honda Elevate Engine

The SUV has been powered with the same engine option as the City, which means customers will get a 1.5-litre i-VTEC DOHC petrol engine that generates a max power of 119 bhp and 145 Nm of peak torque. The unit is mated with the 6-speed manual and 7-speed CVT automatic gearbox. As far as the mileage is concerned, the company claims that the vehicle can provide between 15.31kpl to 16.92kpl.

When it comes to rivals, Honda Elevate competes against Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos facelift, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara and Toyota Hyryder.
