Ahead of Dunki's release, Shah Rukh Khan reposted a video of a toddler dancing to Lutt Putt Gaya song and called him "sweet".

Bollywood’s iconic figure, Shah Rukh Khan, is gearing up for his third cinematic venture for this year— Dunki. With the film’s release date just weeks away, SRK knows how to promote his film as well as engage with his fans. His “Ask SRK” sessions have become a delightful tradition for followers. Recently, King Khan hosted another interactive session, where he shared an adorable video featuring a young fan dancing to the upcoming film’s first song, Lutt Putt Gaya. Describing the movie as wholesome entertainment, SRK warmly encouraged the fan to take his son along to experience the film upon its release.

SRK’s fan happily shared a video of his son dancing to the song, hopeful for SRK’s appreciation. Surprisingly, the actor not only hit the like button on the post but also reshared the video on his X handle. “He is so sweet. Please take him when you go for the film. Dunki is saaf suthra entertainment and emotion that can be enjoyed and felt by youngsters and elders alike… lots of love,” he wrote.

Amidst the promotional activities for Dunki, Shah Rukh Khan delighted fans by sharing numerous videos featuring people grooving to the film’s first song, Lutt Putt Gaya. One particular instance involved the superstar responding to a fan whose daughter, while in the hospital, danced to the song. SRK expressed his joy that the music brought happiness to the fan’s daughter and sent wishes for her speedy recovery.

The first song from the movie, which premiered several weeks ago, showcases the film’s protagonist, SRK’s character Hardy, falling for Mannu, played by Taapsee Pannu. Arijit Singh lent his soulful vocals to the song, which was composed by the talented Pritam. The dance sequences were brought to life by the skilled choreography of Ganesh Acharya.

Interestingly, Shah Rukh Khan’s recent collaboration with choreographer Ganesh Acharya marks their first project together since the 1999 film Baadshah. Ganesh in a conversation with ETimes said, “Our equations match with each other. The movements were simple in the Lutt Putt Gaya song. Basically, ‘ek insaan kaise lutt jaata hai’ was the idea behind choreography. Raju liked it. There’s a story in the song about what they have to do to get the UK visa.”

Dunki is set for a worldwide release on December 21, 2023. The movie features Shah Rukh Khan, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal and Boman Irani, in key roles.
