Durga Puja festivities have kickstarted in full swing and Bollywood is all set for the celebrations. Durga Puja has now become a global event following its inclusion in Unesco’s intangible cultural heritage list in 2021. The fervor and excitement can even be seen among celebrities as they are thronging to the Puja pandals to take part in the festivities. Bollywood actress Kiara Advani is no exception. The Kabir Singh was papped at one of the pandals on Saturday.
A video that was shared by the paparazzo handle Viral Bhayani has gone viral. In the clip, Kiara Advani can be spotted visiting the Durga Puja pandal, dressed in a gorgeous light green salwar suit combo.
Keeping her makeup minimal, Kiara Advani accessorised her look with lovely earrings and bangles that went well with the outfit. She thoroughly smiled for the shutterbugs and fans can’t get enough of their favorite diva.

Kiara Advani has come a long way in showbiz. She has created a niche for herself with several hit commercial films to her credit. Having said that, the actress gained massive recognition for her 2019 film Kabir Singh where she portrayed the character of Preeti. Recently, the actress revisted her character and also shared about the criticism she received for playing the same.
Kiara Advani’s character Preeti was Shahid Kapoor’s character’s love interest in the film. Both the characters were pretty intense and received widespread love as well as flak from the viewers. Speaking about the same, in an interview with Filmfare, she shared, “We need to accept that there are all sorts of people. We can’t cancel everyone.” Kiara also shared that, the film also sparked discussions about unhealthy relationships.
Kiara also opened up about making a conscious decisions about choosing scripts that are thought-provoking. She stated, “I have started making movies where the role is exciting and fulfilling as an actor, but, at the same time, it is a film that you can watch with your entire family, and it still leaves you with a thought.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, the actress was recently in Doha where she performed on stage with her Kabir Singh co-star Shahid Kapoor on romantic songs from their movie. She is also rumoured to have signed Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming film Baiju Bawra alongside Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt. However, there is no confirmation of this news yet. There are also reports that Kiara has been roped in opposite Hrithik Roshan in YRF’s War 2.
Kiara also has Game Changer in her kitty. The film is being directed by S Shankar and will mark his Telugu directorial debut. The cast of the film includes Ram Charan, Kiara, Anjali, SJ Suryah, Jayaram Sunil, Srikanth, Samuthirakani and Nassar. It is being produced by Dil Raju and Sirish under his banner Sri Venkateswara Creations. Thaman S is handling the music of the film.
