38th Golden Disc Awards: Date and Venue

While the previous edition of the award ceremony was held in Bangkok, Thailand, this is the fifth time that the Golden Disc Awards will be held outside South Korea.

Earlier, the venue and date of the event were confirmed, stating that it will be held on 6 January 2024 at the Jakarta International Stadium in Indonesia. It will help to create more opportunities for diverse domestic and foreign music fans to communicate.

The music extravaganza is organised every year to recognise and award the outstanding achievements of the K-POP industry. In the previous edition, the popular South Korean boy band BTS bagged the Album of the Year Daesang (Grand Prize), marking their sixth consecutive year to take home the top prize.
