Ranbir Kapoor is surely having the time of his life. The actor not only delivered two blockbusters with Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar and Animal but also became a proud father to daughter Raha last year. Ranbir has been candid about his affection towards Raha and those around him have also witnessed the fatherly love. At the same time, Ranbir also treasures his passion towards acting equally. His Animal co-star KP Singh has recalled in a recent interview that even Raha’s birth didn’t deter the actor from arriving on the sets on time.
During a conversation with Vanshaj Saxena, KP Singh shared that after Ranbir dropped Raha home, he came to the set straight away, “He had just dropped off Raha from the hospital to his house and came to the set straight away. That was the first day when Raha went home. I think 11 am she got discharged and at 3 pm, he was on the set.”
Adding to that, KP Singh also revealed that since his daughter was also 1 year old, Ranbir would frequently enquire about her, “He would ask me about my daughter because he just had his daughter. One day he just asked me ‘KP, when did your daughter starts saying Papa?’ and I was like, ‘Ranbir Kapoor is asking me?’
Recently Raha completed one year and on this special day, Ranbir and Alia organised a party that was attended by close family members and friends. And recently, in an interview, the Animal actor was heard revealing his daughter’s favourite playlist.
Interacting with Spotify India, Ranbir Kapoor was asked about the tracks he has currently been listening to. To this, he said, “Now since I’m a new father, my daughter is one now, she has understood that something happens on the phone that I have to kind of use my fingers and Spotify pops up and all her favorite tracks need to be played. It is actually the CoComelon playlist.”
On the work note, Ranbir Kapoor is currently basking under the success of Animal which also stars Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Rashmika Mandanna. The film has been getting an overwhelming response from the audience. Animal has comfortably taken the fourth spot on the list of highest earning films of 2023. Animal revolves around a man and his toxic relationship with his father.
