Soni Razdan turns a year older today and daughter Alia Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt took to social media to wish her on her special day.
Taking to Instagram, Alia shared two photos with my mother and penned a sweet note. Alia shared a photo from her birthday back in time and one from recent times. Recalling her birthday from when she was probably four or five-years old, Alia shared a fun anecdote. She wrote, “On your birthday I look back at one of my birthdays.. I spent the whole party sitting on your lap cause I was too scared of the inflated Godzilla which I drove you up the wall to get me.. But nonetheless I look perfectly content and happy and clearly there’s no place I’d rather be.. Happy birthday mothership .. we’d be nothing without you.. grateful for you every single minute every single day.. love you ♥”
The photo features little Alia sitting on her mother’s lap, wearing a cutesy black and grey dress. She also wore a scrunchie to tie a high ponytail. In the next picture, a grown-up Alia can be seen sharing a laugh with her mother. Soni took next to no time to comment on the photo. She wrote, “Thank you my sweetheart light of my life ❤️and centre of my soul … my lap is yours always and so is my love. PS I remember that moment as if it was just a few years ago.”
Shaheen, too, wished her mother a happy birthday. Dropping a series of photos, she wrote, “Centre of my universe – then, now, always. Happy Birthday ma.” Soni replied, “Thank you my darling child you are the core of my ❤️and soul and all the rest of it you make my world turn and my heart so so happy.”
Meanwhile, Neetu Kapoor, too, wished her. Taking to Instagram Stories, she posted a group photo featuring Soni and wrote, “Happy happy samdhanji. Love n hugs.”
