Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor are all set to entertain the audience once again in a romantic film titled Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari. The cast has recently wrapped up the shoot in Udaipur. Today, both were spotted at the airport in casual wear and the video has gone viral. Fans are loving their chemistry.
In the video, shared by Viral Bhayani, we can see Janhvi wearing a white outfit and Varun opted for a black tee paired with denims. Both are seen laughing and also posing for the paps. Many fans dropped heart emojis in the comment section. Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari was announced earlier this year, and the official announcement video revealed the film’s release date. The post stated, “Your Sanskari is on his way to get his Kumari! This love story wrapped with entertainment is coming to the big screens!” The post also added that the movie will release on April 18 2025!

Speaking about her experience working on this romantic comedy, Janhvi Kapoor told Pinkvilla, “It’s my home turf. I feel most at ease here; it’s the space where I can do comedy and masti (have fun). I’m embracing the nakhre-vakhre (drama) and just enjoying myself a lot. We shot a song, and people on set were asking, ‘Why didn’t you do this before?’ I’m having a lot of fun doing it.”
The film is written and directed by Shashank Khaitan, known for the Dulhania franchise, and is produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Shashank Khaitan himself. This marks the second collaboration between Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor, following their 2023 film, Bawaal, directed by Nitesh Tiwari.
Meanwhile, Janhvi is currently seen in highly anticipated film, Devara: Part I, co-starring Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan, which was released on September 27, 2024. Varun Dhawan is also busy with his thriller Baby John, directed by Kalees and produced by Atlee, Murad Khetani, and Jyoti Deshpande for Jio Studios, Cine1 Studios, and A for Apple Productions. The film features an impressive cast, including Keerthy Suresh, Jackie Shroff, and Wamiqa Gabbi.
